| LICENSE TO USE THE RESULT OF INTELLECTUAL
Kojin Simon Leonidovich (hereinafter - the holder), as the author and owner of the exclusive economic rights in the present work provides compensation to individuals (hereinafter - the Licensees), the following non-exclusive rights to the product:
A. Making a single copy of a work or part thereof in any form for personal use. Recording works on electronic media, including an entry in a computer memory, it is also considered manufacturing. Lump sum at the Licensee may be no more than one copy of the work;
Two. Dissemination of works by donation of an instance and a non-exclusive rights to it, to the extent set forth in this license, to other individuals;
Three. Import copy of the work to implement Section 3 of this license;
4. Public performance (that is, the representation works in live performance or with the help of technical means (radio, television and other technical means), as well as display of an audiovisual work (with or without sound accompaniment) in a place open to public access, or in a place where a significant number of persons), excluding profit licensee and third parties;
Five. Retransmission, excluding profit by the licensee and third parties.
6. Using the results of intellectual activities under this license is allowed in all countries of the world.
RESTRICTIONS:
A. This license authorizes the use of the product only for personal use, without profit;
Two. This license authorizes the use of the product only on condition that the author of the work: Kozhina Seeds Leonidovich.
NOTICE OF LIABILITY:
In accordance with Articles 1250, 1252, 1253 and 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in violation of copyright holder the right to demand of their choice instead of the violator for compensation of damages:
- In the amount of ten thousand rubles to five million rubles, determined at the discretion of the court;
- Equivalent to twice the cost of copies of the work or equivalent to twice the value of the right to use the product, determined on the basis of the price which in comparable circumstances is usually charged for the lawful use of the work.
According to Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for breach of copyright and related rights provides for liability up to the deprivation of liberty for up to six years with a fine of up to five hundred thousand rubles. |
