| LICENSE TO USE THE RESULT OF INTELLECTUAL
Kojin Simon Leonidovich (hereinafter - the holder), as the author and owner of the exclusive economic rights in the present work, give notice of the possibility of using the product for personal and commercial purposes only with permission. Permit holder can be obtained for:
A. Production of copies of a work or part thereof specified in the material form for personal use or for commercial purposes.
Two. Records on electronic media products, including entries in the computer memory;
Two. Dissemination of works by passing an instance and a non-exclusive rights to it, to the extent stipulated in the agreement in addition to the copyright holder;
Three. Import copy of the work;
4. Public performance (that is, the product presentation in a live performance or with the help of technical means (radio, television and other technical means), as well as display of an audiovisual work (with or without sound accompaniment) in a place open to public access, or in a place where a significant number of persons);
Five. Retransmission of a work;
6. Other ways to use the product under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
RESTRICTIONS:
A. Under any circumstances, use of the work is only possible provided the author\'s works: Seeds Kozhina Leonidovich.
NOTICE OF LIABILITY:
In accordance with Articles 1250, 1252, 1253 and 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in violation of copyright holder the right to demand of their choice instead of the violator for compensation of damages:
- In the amount of ten thousand rubles to five million rubles, determined at the discretion of the court;
- Equivalent to twice the cost of copies of the work or equivalent to twice the value of the right to use the product, determined on the basis of the price which in comparable circumstances is usually charged for the lawful use of the work.
According to Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, for breach of copyright and related rights provides for liability up to the deprivation of liberty for up to six years with a fine of up to five hundred thousand rubles. |
