FOR those of you taking time off this week let me commend the exhibition of Russian contemporary art entering its final fortnight at Collyer-Bristow’s gallery in its Bedford Row offices. The firm consistently shows fine work but this is special. With painting returning to (commercial) fashion as the new orthodoxy these Russians remind us of its pre-eminent power. And during this Easter week the image of The Church of Christ the Saviour in Moscow, by Simon Kojin, is particularly vivid. Long may the firm continue its commitment to this civilised marriage of art and law.
